How to Sparkle: key #Pick3812One249

I just finished a fabulous evening of hairapy, squawking, Oreo eating & clothes swapping with the incredible Kerry Flegal. (Hi, I’m spoiled. but grateful)

As I’ve grown my style has shifted with me, but I have never forgotten the power of a quality hairstylist. And that somehow, they pass that power on to you when you get out of their chair.

We’ve all got it in us to conquer our “can’ts” in order to turn our dreams into reality. I believe a beautiful, classy, and fierce look adds the sparkle that helps light the difficult roads we all find ourselves at during the journey to do so.

I never tried to find my Christmas presents when I was wee because I love the thrill a surprise provides. So naturally, I wait to look at my hair until it’s perfected when I’m at hairapy with my lifesaving hairapist.

After hours of detailed work, each strand was perfectly aligned with the other. The colors melted together so beautifully you’d hardly believe the art was created by anything but hot days in the ocean near the sun..

I looked at myself in the mirror and said “I’m ready to conquer the world.

The best part is, I meant it.

All my love, Sparkling-Bee

I Recommend..

My writers block from hell is no longer in the house!!!! Hopefully, some of you can relate to that awful feeling when you feel like you can barely even write a full sentence. It’s one of my least favorite things in the world. But it is the best when it goes away and you realize, ‘OH MY GOD, I’m NOT dyslexic!!!!!!’ (not that being dyslexic is a ‘bad’ thing, so I am not trying to offend anyone.)

I went to Kerry & Rogers after work to snuggle with my boo boo Kerry after her surgery. We had homemade lasagna for dinner that was absolutely delicious. We watched discovery channel & ‘Planet Earth’ and I highly recommend watching Planet Earth. Anyway, Milton needed some lovins as well..

I have a good doggy-nephew. By the way, it’s FRIDAY!! Smile, laugh, hug a stranger, smooch your mum/dad, get a running start & jump in the arms of the love of your life, and make time to snuggle with your best friends. Life is good. Sweet sleeps gorgeous, can’t wait to chat tomorrow. A draft is patiently sitting in my ‘draft-box’ about what I want to be ‘when I grow up’. I have a good feeling about it. Ps. I only 3 more sleeps until I get to see my handsome man. Ciao for now sweets, XOXO

To Timbuktu

I miss my hair. I wish my Kerry baby still lived here… Oregon doesn’t love you like I do, come home to me! We’d have the best talks ever. We would always share clothes & run errands together, be freaks & immitate beavis & butthead, talk like we were from boca when our cigs needed to be flicked…. Drink beans and brews ‘Mr. B’s’ like they were going out of style, and laugh our asses off together. There was never a worry when she was around because she has the best style so if I looked like a fool she’d holla. And she is the most brilliant stylist on the face of this earth. Quite an amazing woman. Since we’re on the subject of my lovies leaving…. Jon sent his mission papers in yesterday. I’m having a really hard time with the fact that in a few months he’ll be gone. I don’t do well with distance, clearly. Joseph is in Colorado, Kerry’s in Oregon, Jon will be shipped off to Timbuktu – Like reaaaallly, get your asses home. I love and miss you more than anything in the world and Jon hasn’t even left yet. Teaches you to really cherish the time you have with people because you never know when they’ll be up n’ out.  Oye, I love all of the people in my life. I just want to squeeze and smooch them all the time.
