Orange juice & water (I eyeball the amount until it isn’t too thick)

I mix my kale, spinach and celery with my orange juice & water first to blend it thoroughly. Then I add my orange, banana and pineapple. Add the rest of the ingredients until it is well blended. This smoothie started as an experiment but it turned out delicious and gives me a lot of energy (I also feel full for much longer) Enjoy the glow this can provide, and as always I am open to new ideas (ingredients etc.)

No, I am not your alarm clock, I’m better… well, not really, but I’m trying be. Okay look, I know Mondays are like the last donut in the box that nobody wants to touch because everyone has touched it at least once aaand… its gross. But suck it up, put your big girl/boy panties on (all styles accepted), twirl/shake it through a mist of your favorite perfume/cologne, slip into your favorite ‘I feel goood… shoot, I look good too!‘ outfit and play your favorite album on your way to work & sing at the top of your lungs. Yup. Even if you take: Trax/the bus/your bike/rollerblades/wings/disco-make-you-fly-sneaks. Just singbaby! And have a fantastic day to ring in the new week!
I’m trying to offer a blog that everyone can benefit from. I know that has not always been the case (my apologies) Here are a few things to browse while you enjoy your breakfast of champions AKA the last donut. Don’t worry……. It’s too warm to drink hot tea right now, so when I fell in love with this sun-tea jar I ran straight home & put it to work. Sure is hard work… Sitting there, making something sweet out of nothin’. I’d like to be like that someday.
